Yes, that’s right. T.E.A.M.…….SUCCESS TEAM!
The first group of Success Team members recently completed an 8-week Success Team Workshop held in Ponte Vedra Beach by ME -Marilyn Wilson who is a Certified Success Team Leader.
The first group of Success Team members recently completed an 8-week Success Team Workshop held in Ponte Vedra Beach by ME -Marilyn Wilson who is a Certified Success Team Leader.
Within eight weeks, each of the members were able to pinpoint a dream and set out to achieve it.
It was a win-win! Everyone wins, because everyone supports each other. No one leaves the 8 week workshop without a plan to succeed. That is the miracle of teams.
The dreams that unfolded during this last 8 weeks were amazing. From one member who is taking the steps to beco
me a Life Coach (a dream she had for years, but never had the focused time and attention to see it), to another, who is returning to school to gain credentials to teach Spanish to middle school children. And, the member of the team who ‘came out of the writing closet’ to submit this article to be published; and, another is in the planning stages for presenting Body Image Workshops to local young women here at the beaches. And, the final dream blossoming is an overlapping goal to collaborate with one of her team members to open a women’s studio.
Some of these were new ideas, some were simmering on the backburner, and several had been lost for years. Yet, in just eight weeks, 16 little hours, their dreams are a reality! They are doing it; and doing it their way. With a team – A Success Team. Congratulations Ladies.
