What's Bill Up To?

Bill was napping most of the morning, but woke up in a very bad mood this afternoon!!!!!









The surfers were grabbing one last wave before fleeing the beach about 3PM today as the black cloud loomed heavily and moved swiftly surround the county.






The swells were large, but the waves didn't seem to be slapping the shore yet.




I wonder what is next?
