Here we are at Fleet Landing Retirement Community in Atlantic Beach, FL beginning our monthly Basic Drum Gathering.
A fine turnout indeed for our first 'seed planting.'
We drummed a little, sang a little, played guitar and shared new songs written by Lynn, like White Buffalo and Volcano Gonna Blow!
A couple of the men were musicians when they were younger -- one a drumset drummer and the other played drums in a drum and bugle band. It was wonderful to have their rhythm reignited.
Lynn and I are so excited to learn from these masters and to share our new energy.
