As I curiously seek answers to find my potential and fulfill my life's purpose, I find myself being encouraged by friends (Abby, for one) and a growing community of supportive women.
This last weekend, I particpated in a fantastic workshop presented by Dale Beaman of Beaman Coaching. Held downtown in the Aetna Building overlooking the beautiful St. John River -- it was easy to be swept along. The workshop title was 'Life Is A River,' and so it went.
Dale created the perfect environment for us. We played, we created, we meditated, we sang (see right column), and we experienced revelations that will keep us unstuck and able to continue to flow with our lives.Clearly, I'm not an artist, but there is freedom in this drawing! Freedom to live the life given to me, and I'm ready to keep going with the flow and see where it takes me. In the meantime, I'm sure enjoying the ride.
