Here is what my great hunk of a husband brought me home the other night - just for nothing -- really - nothing!

Okay, I'm not a great flower arranger - but these were so beautiful and matched my kitchen nicely.








Then he took me out to dinner on the ocean, but I didn't get a pix of the water that night. Darn. BUT, I can share with you this cute purse I carried ;) !

Maybe it's because I have such great kids; maybe it's because I have a great husband; maybe it's because the day revolves around me; and, just maybe it's ALL of those things. But, I just LOVE MOTHER'S DAY!

Although, it is a little bittersweet for me with the loss of my mother last year, I know how important it was for me to recognize her and how good it made me feel to do that -- so I'm hoping the same goes for my kids. The feeling of remembering!

It's not even the Big Day yet and I've already received flowers, candy, and cards. Today, I'm looking forward to a nice lunch with my darling daughter and will wear my jewelry from Eclectic Galleries that my 'hunk' of a husband gave to me this morning. How could it get any better!
